Golf Cart Rentals are available at our King of Carts showroom location, which is located in Surfside Beach, SC between 3rd and 4th Avenue on Highway 17 Business. 

King of Carts in Surfside Beach, SC offers daily, weekly, and monthly golf cart rentals. We have a variety of golf carts rentals to choose from and offer delivery and pick-up services. We have four seat and six seat regular or deluxe golf carts for rent in the Myrtle Beach area. Golf cart rentals are available in electric or gas models. The deluxe golf cart rentals are the nicest carts you can rent with a custom lift kit, wheels and more! Each golf cart rental is verified, cleaned, and inspected before being picked up or delivered. A battery charger is supplied if an electric cart is rented. If a gas cart is rented, it is fully fueled and ready to go. We at King of Carts guarantee our golf carts to be the best!

Rules and Regulations

* Before purchasing or renting a golf cart, please familiarize yourself with South Carolina State, County and Municipal laws for Golf cart usage. Some highlighted restrictions are as follows, Golf carts ...

  1. are not allowed to be used on primary highways where speed limit is posted above 35 mph.
  2. are not allowed to be operated more than 4 miles from your residence or vacation rental.
  3. are not allowed to be operated after dark (1/2 hour after sunset until 1/2 hour prior to sunrise)
  4. are not allowed to be operated by an unlicensed and/ or uninsured driver.
  5. are not allowed to be operated on any sidewalk.

Also be advised that it is unlawful for parents and guardians to allow children that are unlicensed to operate a golf cart. Parents or Guardians may be fined in excess of $200.00 for doing so.

There may also be Community regulations as well, so please be sure to check with your vacation rental agent or your HOA/ POA for details on their rules.
